We use a standard font for embroidery. This is a nice, readable font. We embroider the item before it's assembled, so the finish is perfectly neat.

How long does shipping take?

Your order is handmade. We'll handcraft your order and have it ready to ship within 1 to 7 business days. With the special delivery option, it will take up to 3 business days.

Once your order is ready, we will ship it as soon as possible.

Can I personalize?

Many of our items can be personalized. The personalization options are always visible on the items. We can print or embroider items, but this depends on the type of item.

What if it doesn't fit?

If the clothing doesn't fit, or if your order isn't to your liking, it can be returned. However, the item must still be in its original condition. Unfortunately, we cannot exchange or accept returns for personalized items.
