Delivery time & shipping costs
We do our utmost to deliver your order as soon as possible.
We aim to ship orders within 1 to 7 working days. This is counted from the first working day after your order. If you choose the 'special delivery' option, you can shorten the period to a maximum of 1-3 working days.
Please note that this is a period before we ship your order. The stated period is the maximum time we are allowed to use in our workshop to create your order.
However, we are not always able to meet this. Sometimes products are not in stock and then the delivery of your order may take a little longer. If, for whatever reason, we are unable to meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible. You cannot derive any rights from not meeting the deadlines.
The prices stated do not include shipping costs. The shipping costs depend on the parcel service and will be displayed when you check out your products.
Delivery is handled by the postman or parcel deliverer of your chosen delivery service (PostNL, DHL or Mondial Relay). In general, delivery will take place on the next working day after dispatch between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the exact time of delivery.
